After lunch it's your chance for some free time to enjoy the beach, explore the local area or just chill in a hammock.

Your second Thai Yoga Massage class is in the afternoon.

You are then free to enjoy the sunset and jam sessions on the beach and in the evening sample the cuisine in one of the many local restaurants. We strive to achieve a healthy balance between learning and fun during your YogaPlus+ retreat.

*Thai Yoga Massage*

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures which opens and invigorates the body on many levels. It's effective for healing specific injuries as well as for increasing general health and vitality. It can help people relax, relieve aching muscles, and temporarily boost a person's mood. It increases circulation, gives temporary relief of pain, provides a sense of well-being, and promotes relaxation.
